Nahi. Scalyex ke saath koi long-term lock-in contract nahi hai. Hum 1-month rolling basis pe kaam karte hain. Aap kaisi bhi reason se cancel kar sakte hain.

GST alag se lagega?

Haan, GST (18%) upar se applicable hoga. Invoice mein clearly mention hoga.

Ad spend included hai ya alag?

Ad spend (Meta/Google budget) bilkul alag hota hai — wo directly aapka brand pay karta hai. Hamari fee sirf management aur strategy ke liye hai.

Kya pause ya cancel kar sakte hain?

Haan. Agar aap kisi month pause karna chahte hain toh 7 days pehle inform karein. Cancellation bhi 30-day notice ke saath possible hai.

Payment method kya hai?

UPI, bank transfer, aur razorpay payment link accept karte hain. Monthly advance billing hoti hai.
