By engaging Scalyex for services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services & Deliverables
Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your proposal or package selection on our Pricing page. Work outside agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required before work begins
- Monthly services billed in advance each month
- GST (18%) applicable on all invoices
- Payment via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay link
- Ad spend (Meta/Google) is billed separately by the platform to the client's account
Cancellation & Pause
- Monthly retainers: 15-day written notice to cancel
- Pause requests: 7 days advance notice
- No long-term lock-in contracts
- Advance payments for work already delivered are non-refundable
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to brand assets, ad accounts, and approvals
- Respond to revision requests within agreed timelines
- Ensure content provided does not infringe third-party rights
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (designs, copy, videos) transfer to you. Scalyex retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Scalyex is not liable for platform algorithm changes, ad account restrictions, or results beyond our direct control. We commit to best-effort strategy and execution as defined in your agreement.
